Skerries North Beach

Skerries North Beach is a cove like beach, 1.2 km long adjoining the lovely Skerries fishing harbour area. A coastal walkway around Red Island onto the South Strand adjoins this beach. There is a children’s playground and car parking facilities at Red Island.

Lifeguard information

There’s a red or yellow flag flying from the lifeguard station when a lifeguard is on duty. A lifeguard is only on duty in the summer months from 11am to 7pm as follows;
